What do you do when you’re ovulating alone?
Do you ever feel like you’re going mad? Like you aren’t sure what you’re feeling is really you, or if your hormones have taken over? I’ve tried and tested a few different coping mechanisms, these are the ones that work for me.
I shouldn’t be writing this. In an alternate universe I’m nursing a baby or holding my bump. But here I am, writing this post in the hope that sharing how I feel and my coping mechanisms will help other people muddle through their own journey to conception.
